It was built in1844. It has a travertine and brick facade with pilasters and Doric capitals. It has a single nave and it hosts two panel paintings by Jacopo di Mino del Pellicciaio, a “Madonna with Child” called “the Madonna with Goldfinch” (1344) and a polyptych entitled “Madonna of Graces”; an arched panel by Andrea di Niccolò with a “Madonna with Child between Saint Rocco and Saint Sebastian” (second half of the XVth century); the famous “Annunciation” by Domenico Beccafumi (about 1545); the “ Visit of the Virgin to Saint Elisabeth” by Matteo Rosselli (first half of the XVIIth); the “ Glorified Madonna with Child and Saints” by Alessandro Casolani ( last quarter XVIth ). In the bell tower , there’s a bell with an inscription with Gothic characters, dated 1282.
